Years 1 – 3

  • Align with Member Organisations’ International Affiliations
  • Agree BTC competition rules, engaging ITF, Independent and Kukkiwon styles of Taekwondo
  • Achieve and maintain national governance and accountability frameworks, eg Code for Sports Governance (Tier 3), Safeguarding Children and Adults in Sport, UK Anti-Doping, Moving To Inclusion, ESG

Years 4 – 6

  • Continual audit by Member Organisations of sustainable costs to participants
  • Incorporate environmental sustainability in clubs

Years 7 – 10

  • Recognition for governance and ethical standards by students, parents/carers, coaches/instructors, Taekwondo organisations, national sports organisations and system partners
